The year 2023 was very special and important for InvestSmart , an investment advisory company that is a client of Digisac . The firm achieved the position of top 1 firm at XP – the largest brokerage firm and investment group in Brazil.
It was based on the work carried out over the past year that the company managed to achieve something it had been seeking for a long time: reaching the top 1 of the G20 group formed by 20 offices.
But what led them to this? Data analysis combined with the team's japan mobile number work and effort to transform the numbers collected into improvements.

InvestSmart joined Digisac in 2019, when they were still using personal WhatsApp for communications with clients. It was in this year that they saw the need for an institutional channel.
In 2022, the platform was implemented across all areas of the company and data extraction began. The first metric to draw attention was the average first service time (AMT): at that time it was 4 hours.
In addition, the investment advisory also chose to integrate Power BI – connecting 20 accounts in the same tool. This was only possible, of course, thanks to our open API .
This way, they unify the work and cross-reference the data, allowing real-time access to everything that happens.
Through the broad visualization of data and metrics, the company was able to identify other gaps in service, points for improvement and other data that resulted in assertive strategies.
