The number of new third-party merchants in the second quarter increased by 46% month-on-month from the first quarter.

In March this year, JD.com launched a series of AI tools through the "Spring Dawn Plan" to provide free services such as settlement, graphic production, video generation, customer service, and live broadcasting for merchants of all categories, helping merchants save 50% of their operating costs. In June this year, JD.com's "Spring Dawn Plan" was upgraded again, focusing on three aspects: content marketing support, efficiency improvement of business tools, and support for the growth of new merchants. It launched 12 new support measures, including 5,000 fixed-quota traffic coupons for new merchants to live broadcast, "Jingdiandian" launched AI hot copywriting, and the free version of the official intelligent customer service robot was launched.
