The first page that every Facebook page administrator should review in order to do their job is the statistics section, in order to detect progress and points for improvement. The social network recently updated its Insights , providing more information about the page's activity. Below, we will briefly review the changes and improvements to Facebook Insights :

1. Description

This tab in Facebook Insights shows us a snapshot of the new zealand mobile numbers most important information, including Page Likes (total and new), total reach of posts , and engagement (through Likes, comments, shares , and clicks).

Description

In turn, it provides us with information about the most recent posts , including type (for example, whether the post was a link or a photo), segmentation (if it was made), reach (organic/paid), participation ("Likes", comments, shares ), and promotion . In the latter case, it invites you to promote greater visibility of the posts through Facebook Ads , and if a campaign of this type has been run, the amount invested is reflected.

2. Clicks on “Like”

This tab shows us the growth of the community over a certain period of time , which we can configure by day, month and year. If we place the cursor on a point on the graph, we can see the number of new “Likes” we obtained on a given day.

Total Like

Below we find the net “Likes” graph , which allows us to break down the origin of the new “Like” (organic/paid) and in turn visualize new “Unlikes” to evaluate performance over time.

We can also view and break down the origin , that is, the place from where our page was “liked” : ads and sponsored stories , page suggestions , cell phones , and even on the page itself .

This section provides information about the number of people who saw our post within an allotted time period, and through which method the post reached them (organic/paid). Like previous graphs, it allows us to break it down to see how each reach was performing, while we can hover over a point on the graph to see how much reach it had on a given day.

Scope

We can also look at the number of positive interactions our posts have had over time, broken down by likes , comments , and shares …

Like Comments Times

…as well as the number of negative actions resulting from our posts: hide post , hide all posts , report as spam , I no longer like this page .

Finally, we can see the total reach for any type of activity performed by the page, which includes not only posts , but also posts from other people , “Likes” ads , mentions and visits .

4. Visits

If there is a tab that provides us with valuable information, it is the visits tab. At the beginning we find the number of visits that our page received within a given period, broken down by section ( biography , administration tabs , information , photos , etc.).

Visits

We can then see the specific actions taken by other users on our page: mentions , posts by other people on your page , visits recorded and offers purchased .
