Looking for your first job is quite a challenge that almost everyone faces at some point in their life. Lack of self-confidence, knowledge of the rules of the labor market or knowledge of how and where to look for employment can cause a lot of stress.
We dispel all these negative associations during the Talent Days job fairs, creating a space for young people to learn, offering support in creating a CV or proposing specific positions in TOP companies - both Polish and international - tailored to their profile and expectations.

From Asia's point of vie
TALENT DAYS: Hey Asia! It's great that we can meet and get to know you better and the story of your career so far! Tell us – who are you, where are you from, what attracted you to Krakow?
ASIA: Hi! I'm 23 years old, I come from a small town near Krakow, and I've been living in Krakow for almost 3 years now. I'm currently studying Human Resources Management at the Krakow University of Economics - I'm in the last year of my bachelor's degree. Additionally, I'm a starost in my field of study.
TALENT DAYS: And outside of college – what are your passions and hobbies?
ASIA: First of all, I love traveling. I've visited many countries in different parts of the world. I also really like dancing, especially Latin American, and that's how I spend my free time.
TALENT DAYS: Sounds great! You mentioned that you are studying Human Resources Management. What made you choose the HR industry – already at the stage of education? Do you also find fulfillment in it – like in dance?
ASIA: I graduated from technical school and didn't really know what kind of studies I wanted to go to. I started reading various articles on the internet and one of them talked about... what industries women do best in. One of them was HR. I decided to delve deeper into the subject and it turned out that it sounded like an industry for me! My personality and the fact that I like working with people totally fit this profession, which turned out to be a bull's eye. During my studies, I discovered even more HR topics that interest me and it's a great adventure for me.
