Now, only the users you list can use the coupon once.
Method 3: Create role-restricted coupons
This method limits the usage of the coupon to only spain phone number customers with a specific WordPress user role. In some cases, this method is easier than typing a long list of email addresses, as shown in Method 2.
Tip: This method can also be combined with method 1 to ensure that each customer with that user role can only use the coupon once.
On the Add New Coupon page, view the Coupon Data section and click the Role Restrictions tab.
At this point you can check the "Enable role restrictions" box. Then, select one or more user roles. Clicking the User Roles tile displays a list of roles.
We recommend customizing the Invalid Role Error Message to clarify why users with other roles cannot access the promotion.
This method can be used in a variety of ways. For example, you could simply set the user role to "Customer" so users must be logged in to use the code. This way you can keep track of your customers better.
Another idea is to assign your most loyal customers a special role in WordPress so you can provide them with exclusive coupon codes.
This method can also be used to create members-only coupons for your membership site.
Issuance and promotion of one-time personalized coupons
No matter which method you use, once you've finished setting up your coupon, you'll want to click the "Publish" button in the upper right corner of the page.
Your coupon is now available and you can start letting your customers know about it. How you do this depends on the type of coupon you create and who you want to use it with.
