The Internet of Values is not here yet. Airbnb is nothing more than a smart intermediary that uses the qualities of the Internet of Information. But for the real validation, payment and authorization an old-fashioned intermediary is needed. You can only expect that the technology will make it possible for the Internet of Values to come. All markets where assets are exchanged, traded or shared. Also music, also electricity. There will be a fairer reward for the owners of value (composers, milkmen, coffee plantations, power generators).
I can't think of any reason why this Internet of Values wouldn't happen. Yes, of course, it depends on the reliability and consistency of the distributed public ledger. But that's something the army of crypto scientists will be able to solve. Blockchains will be used everywhere.
