You know, you’ve got to do the research to set up your three key pillars, your customer journey map, your buyer personas, your creative briefs. You’ve got to onboard your talent, you’ve got to, whether it be in-house or not. You’ve got to manage style flexing and changing. You’ve got to figure out what your brand is. I think the critical thing… I think there’s actually one pivot person that’s the centerpiece of in-house or outsource and that’s a content manager, right? And that content manager is not a copywriter.
It’s not a social media manager. It’s not a community manager. It’s one person that has france companies email list a single focus job of making sure the content aligns with the goals.
