At SquadS Ventures we started a new hashtag Startup . This week we had the first weekly hashtag FractionalCMO .

This project did not come about overnight; it was the result of:

1) Understand the pain of thousands of entrepreneurs,
2) Discuss and approve the creation of the startup with Julian , russian email address list Daniel and Cristian
3) Get into a deep discovery process.

The pain is very clear: “The disconnection between their growth channels and the lack of visibility on the real impact of their strategies”

They generate losses of money, opportunities and hashtag competitiveness .

That's why, together with Joakim I. Romero , Valentín Viola and Lucho, we spoke with dozens of companies, from startups and SMEs, to understand their marketing and growth challenges.

Time and time again, we hear the same thing: data fragmentation, lack of standardization, lack of team and resources. And how difficult it is to make informed decisions in such a complex ecosystem.

We realized this wasn’t just “operational friction”; it was a barrier that was limiting their ability to grow healthily (something we obsess over).

With this clarity, we began designing a platform that was more than just a dashboard.
