How will customer management change

Details of the implementation: Change the CTA for case studies that have implemented Synergy! from a download of the case studies to a link to our customer management system, "Synergy!" page (10 cases). Implementation period: August 2017 ~ Result: ○ Compared to before the change, the CTR for all campaign targets has improved by 2.3 times, and we have been able to acquire leads. We have been able to continue to approach leads, and the accuracy is high (as of the end of June 2018).

What was done: Change the CTAs on blog articles that could easily lead to product document downloads to Synergy! product document download (4 articles). Implementation period: November 2017 to June 2018 Result: × Although articles with many pageviews were able to generate clicks, most of the leads who actually converted were doing so to gather information. This did not lead to further appointments, and we determined that the effect was low, so we reverted to the pre-measurement CTA, which was more in line with the story of each article.
