PGR celebrated the first edition of the IT Pádel Challenge together with the Neuroblastoma Foundation . An event in favour of the research of Neuroblastoma , a rare childhood cancer of the sympathetic nervous system – the nervous network that sends messages from the brain throughout the body. This meeting encourages the foundation, sport and the IT sector to join forces to give the Neuroblastoma Foundation maximum visibility among sponsors and attendees.
On June 14, employees, partners and clients freight forwarders email list gathered in Madrid's Ciudad de la Raqueta, invited by the sponsoring companies that made this solidarity event organized by PGR possible.
The IT Pádel Challenge aimed to support research into Neuroblastoma, since due to the low incidence of the disease, no government or pharmaceutical company allocates sufficient funds.
The PGR company has been linked to the Neuroblastoma Foundation since its inception, contributing altruistically to creating the Foundation's image, in addition to creating its website and online maintenance.
Thanks to the sponsors (Arrow through different divisions, Cisco, Comparex, Ingram Micro, MTP, Orbit, VMware and Westcom-Comstor) points, sets and matches have been collected to raise funds in favor of the fight against this childhood cancer.
