First of all, we want to start the conversation easily and pleasantly. We start by asking about experience, possibly checking language skills, but the most important thing is to establish the motivation to start working in the IT industry or take on new professional challenges. Additionally, to engage candidates, we organize various competitions and games with attractive prizes during the Talent Days event.

APTEAN: We believe that the Talent Days job fair is an ideal way to show our work, our activities and the search for talented employees from various fields. We believe that it is during this event that we can find the best candidates. Aptean as a brand on the Polish market has existed until recently, which is why it is so important for us to tell and spread the story on a larger forum – Talent Days allows us to reach the target group.

TALENT DAYS: The best young talents are at Talent Days! What were your experiences with the Talent Match fair and this method of contacting candidates?

APTEAN: For us, Talent Match is a chance to meet people who are ideally suited to our needs. Right at the beginning of the conversation, we try to present details about the future job and other important issues. This quick format of meetings allows us to focus on specifics, which perfectly fits the formula of career speed dating. Thanks to this, we can quickly establish contact with potentially suitable candidates and present our company and expectations towards them.

TALENT DAYS: During both editions in which you participated, you collected as many as 180 e-CVs (candidate applications during the Talent Days job fair) – what happens next with these contacts, do they take part in your recruitments?

APTEAN: We are very proud of the number of CVs we collected during both editions of Talent Days. Candidates who have found themselves in our database are meticulously analyzed in the first week after the event by a team consisting of recruiters and business representatives. After such analysis, we decide which applications to proceed further in the recruitment processes for specific positions. In the next step, our recruitment team conducts targeted interviews with selected candidates. The database of contacts to these candidates is constantly used for new recruitments.
