Solution: Reinforce a "growth mindset" culture where learning is celebrated, and perfection isn't the enemy of good. Focus on the learnings and repeatable elements, not on scrutinizing every tiny detail.

Barrier: If the knowledge base is unorganized or overwhelming, people won't use it.
Solution: Focus on quality over quantity. Curate content, organize it logically, use clear tags and search functions. Encourage concise, actionable insights.
Lack of Leadership Buy-in:

Barrier: If leaders don't actively participate in, promote, and reward knowledge sharing, it won't take root.
Solution: Leaders must model the behavior. They should publicly celebrate shared successes, contribute their own insights, and refer teams to the knowledge base for solutions. Make it clear that knowledge sharing is a strategic imperative.
