2020 - Why is it important to always be in the flow?
Bright and interesting events suddenly became unavailable due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a challenge, both for a business that has been providing its services for years, and for a young startup company. Nevertheless, we understood that it is impossible to delay and quickly adapted the processes for online work. Each challenge should be perceived not as a limitation, but as an additional impetus to actions and improvement. This is what we did this time: we created a clear demarcation of processes in the team, strengthened cooperation with new niches for us, including agro and automotive business.
This year was also a busy one in terms of technology, we strive to constantly improve the bot, so we made an additional update that allowed the voice work to distinguish not only Russian, Ukrainian and English, but also Surzhik and local dialects.
2021 - Home, sweet home
We saw 2021-2022 as a period for major scaling up of the company – improving the voice bot, increasing the number of projects, and popularizing the voice marketing field on the market.
Our team worked remotely in different parts of Ukraine - this was a convenient and effective model of organizing work processes. However, with plans to grow, we decided to open an office for part of the employees in Kyiv - this was the time: organization of office work, support and training of each other within the company, ambitious goals and big plans, board games on Friday evenings.
