EWA: As an Associate Functional Consultant in the Customer Support department, my responsibilities include providing support to customers from the DACH region (Germany (D), Austria (A), Switzerland (CH)) in terms of product functionality and solving problems related to them. In my role, I am responsible for receiving customer reports from this region by pinning them in the ticket system and providing support in the process of submitting so-called tickets. Additionally, I actively cooperate with customers to provide them with fast and effective support in German, tailored to their needs and expectations. I fulfill my duties with full satisfaction thanks to working in another language - that's why I find my way just as quickly as in cooperation with the team.
