Key Tools for Efficiency and Productivity

At SquadS Ventures, we are always looking for new ways to innovate and improve. Recently, we had the opportunity to participate in a session of the Entrepreneurs' Organization's Acceleration Program alongside Franco Puricelli. It was an enriching experience, full of valuable learnings and tools that we are already implementing in our daily work.

Entrepreneurs' Organization is a global network of entrepreneurs with more than 16,000 members in 60 countries. Founded in 1987, EO is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs at all stages of their business development by offering resources, connections, and learning experiences that foster personal and professional growth. Through its programs, such as the Acceleration Program, EO provides practical tools and insights to help businesses scale sustainably and effectively.

The Acceleration Program is an EO initiative specifically designed to support growing companies looking to take their business to the next level. This program offers access to experienced mentors, top-notch educational resources, and a supportive community of entrepreneurs who share the same growth goal. Thanks to Diego Noriega, who is an active member of EO and a prominent business leader in the region, we were able to be part of this valuable experience.

Key Tools for Managing and Executing Objectives
During the session, Fernando Gonzalez shared his wisdom based on the book list of bahamas cell phone numbers “Scaling Up.” This book offers key guidelines in four areas of business that are fundamental for any company that wants to grow sustainably. Here I share with you two tools that we explored and are already applying at SquadS Ventures:

Rockefeller Habits : A methodology that focuses on effective communication, clear roles, alignment with values, continuous feedback and defined KPIs.
Eisenhower Matrix : A tool for prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, helping us stay focused on what really matters.
These tools have not only helped us improve our efficiency, but they have also allowed us to stay focused on our long-term goals. Below, I explain in more detail how they work and how we are applying them in our team.
