TALENT DAYS: So is your dream career path related in any way to these passions?

OLGA: My dream is to chinese overseas europe number data
combine my interests, i.e. marketing, with what I am studying at university – data analytics, including marketing analytics. I see myself as an analyst. I think it would be a good balance between my creativity and analytical mind.

TALENT DAYS: Interesting combination! What are your impressions of participating in Talent Days?

OLGA: I rate my participation in the fair as extremely positive. I was absolutely thrilled because during the first day of the fair I managed to have 11 conversations with employers as part of Talent Match. A few days before the fair I received a call from the person responsible for organizing Talent Match, who suggested meetings with various companies. She gave a brief context of whether a given company specializes in finance or more in marketing. Most of these conversations were of a more general nature, focusing on getting to know each other.

TALENT DAYS: Wow, 11 interviews! Could you share your perspective on participating in Talent Match so future participants can understand what it's like?

OLGA: Of course, from my point of view it was simply a match with companies, based on my CV and the requirements of these employers. All I had to do was show up at the fair, where I received a special wristband. At a specified time I had to show up at the Talent Match zone at Talent Days – there I was directed to the appropriate table with a representative of the given company, where we had a short, 15-minute conversation.

TALENT DAYS: Was it thanks to your participation in Talent Match that you got your current internship?

OLGA: Yes, during the fair I had the opportunity to talk to a representative of Phillips, who offered me the opportunity to do an internship in the Insights & Analytics department. The position was selected based on our conversation, during which we discussed my interests and previous experience.

TALENT DAYS: No wonder Talent Days was a #PerfectMatch! How is your internship experience so far? Is it good?

OLGA: I really like the job. I think the team is well-coordinated and always offers support, which is very important at the beginning of a career. The analysis department is a great support for the marketing department. So I can develop in both of these areas and I am incredibly happy about it.

TALENT DAYS: It's great that you have real opportunities to develop in what you're interested in. Olga, thank you very much for the interview and good luck in your further career development!

Olga's story can definitely inspire and motivate! Participating in the Talent Days job fair is not just scrolling through job offers, but real face-to-face conversations - with recruiters. What's m
