Even the best services or products, those that we hear about “they sell themselves” , usually need a “push” in many situations or times. Marketing , as you well know, is a set of studies, techniques and actions that have as their main objective to improve the marketing (and sales) of a product/service.

In this article I will tell you 5 tips for marketing your business, with the idea that you can implement those that best suit you. Almost everything has already been invented, but if you combine strategies you will surely obtain better results. I leave you with the tips:

1-. Use the video

“Video Marketing” is one of the most important tools nowadays, not only because of its positioning power, but also because users are tired of static messages, long texts with restaurant offers, or even images. According to a study by Cisco Systems for the period 2015-2020, 69% of total Internet traffic in 2018 will come from videos.

80% of users remember the list of telegram users in italy content of videos they have seen online, but the most important fact to take into account is that 46% recognize that videos influence their final purchase decision.

Don't you think these are compelling reasons to boost your video marketing efforts?

Tip : Make short videos (15-25 seconds), memorable and with a direct message.

2-. Practice “Storytelling”

The potential customer does not want to hear, see or denote the same old offer or promotion. Do not tell them the benefits of what you are selling, make them realize it through a story. This is precisely what “Storytelling” does .

The world of advertising and marketing has always been about stories, narration, and tales… but brands have to try to use this tool in an orchestrated way.

If you have a rural accommodation, tell the story or legend of it from the 1920s; if your restaurant is located in the old part of the city, look for ties and create a story that excites the consumer, that invites them to remember you...

Have you noticed that the most special days of the year, like Christmas, are full of stories? I encourage you to use them all year round.

Tip : The protagonist of the story does not have to be the brand itself; humanize it by putting a face to the story, giving a name and surname to the story you create.

3-. Strengthen your Personal Brand

This section seems non-negotiable to me. Recently, in one of my training sessions, I started with an image of a serious guy, wearing sunglasses and dressed completely in dark clothes; when I asked who he was, 100% of the 50 attendees answered “The Man in Black” . I don’t ask them to dress up, but to have a recognizable, genuine and memorable image.

Personal Brand is what remains of you in a place, when you are no longer there.

They will have to work on both the online and offline brand, and they will also have to be completely identical, that is, it is not valid for them to be a different person online than they are face to face (or vice versa).

A well-crafted Personal Brand will boost your business and give a plus of confidence to the user or potential consumer. It can be the element that makes a client choose you or not.

Advice : be loyal to yourself, the best name for a Personal Brand is humility. Provide value to be valued; try to link your Personal Brand with the business you have in hand, even if the latter fails, if the Personal Brand is well worked, you will be able to move forward even with greater wisdom.
