In the business world, pivoting is not just an option, but a necessity. Today I want to talk to you about the 4Ps that you have to keep in mind when making a product and, even more interesting, how you can use them to “remake” a product or pivot when things are not going as you expected.

The 4Ps for making and remaking a product
The 4Ps are an essential framework for anyone involved in product development. This model not only helps you build a product from scratch, but it is also a powerful tool for pivoting when necessary. The 4Ps are:
