It is a great blessing and I feel extremely fortunate to be in contact, thanks to coaching , practically on a daily basis, with one of the most valuable species with the greatest evolutionary value in our society: SMEs .

Furthermore, they are usually piloted by intrepid visionaries guided by an illusion or chasing a star that often has the surname "fleeting star".

When QuestionPro invited me to participate in their blog based on a topic such as: Work Environment, Customer Satisfaction , HR, etc., I immediately thought: another blog? “Thanks God,” I spent time looking into it, and I can say that I feel proud to have been able to contribute with this small reflection a little more of my humble wisdom collected in my professional life.

Well, as the old saying goes, let's get down to business!

Perhaps the only thing that has made you click on this article and spend some of your precious time on it was the title. If so, I hope at least that I haven't disappointed your expectations.

I can't count the number of times I've heard companies and entrepreneurs latvia phone number say things like "I don't have enough money", "I don't have the right person to develop this project", "I don't know where to start", "I don't know that market", etc., etc., etc.

In reality, these statements are 100% true in the vast majority of cases. However, the lack of resources or knowledge, being a truly difficult barrier to overcome, should never be a definitive sentence for trying to develop an opportunity. Even if it is only for mere survival, since today's opportunity can become a threat to our company tomorrow.

The good news, especially for all those SMEs and entrepreneurs who have gone through a coaching process, is that there are tools available to any company, no matter how small, that can develop skills, strategies and actions that help the company achieve unimaginable goals before exploring the extraordinary power that coaching has when applied to the company.

It is true that, as in any sector or discipline, there are cases of intrusion, malpractice or simply opportunists who offer something different to what coaching is and who simply distort the effectiveness and efficiency of the results generally obtained through a coaching process.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Based on my personal experience, 99% (leaving room for the unknown) of companies and entrepreneurs who have worked on a coaching process have achieved most of the objectives set out at the beginning of the process. It must be said that the merit always goes to them and to the entrepreneurs, since involvement is essential for the success of the process.
