An app cache is a temporary set of data stored on your device so that the app can access it more quickly. However, as you use the app, this data can build up and take up unnecessary space on your iPhone.

If you are a device and are experiencing issues such as slowness, crashes, or errors while using the app, clearing the Facebook cache may help you fix these issues. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do so:

1. Open the “Settings” app on your iPhone. You can identify it by its gear icon.
2. Scroll down and look for the “Facebook” section. Tap on it to access the specific settings for the Facebook app on your device.
3. On the Facebook phone number in korea screen, you will find different app-related options. Find and select “Device Space” or “Storage.”
4. Next, you will see a list of categories and the space occupied by each. You will find an option called “Cache.” Tap on it to access the app’s cache settings.

5. Now, you will be on the Facebook cache management screen. You will see two options: “Clear Cache” and “Delete All Data.” You can choose to clear only the cache or delete all app data. Note that if you choose to delete all data, your settings and preferences will also be erased.
6. Select the option that best suits your needs. If you only want to delete the cache, choose “Clear Cache.” If you prefer to delete all app data, select “Delete All Data.”
7. Once you’ve made your decision, you’ll be shown a confirmation to make sure you’re okay with the action you’re about to take. Confirm your choice and wait for the process to complete.
8. Once the cache has been deleted or the data has been cleared, you can reopen the Facebook app and check if the issues you were experiencing have been resolved.

Please note that clearing Facebook's cache can free up space on your device and improve app performance. However, please note that temporary data that allows for faster loading of content will also be deleted. This means that when you use the app again, you may notice a slight delay in loading certain items as they will need to be downloaded again.
