What is one view?
One View is a game changer for CRM users, allowing them to buy phone number list quickly gain valuable insights by getting a 360-degree view of their records on a single screen. For example, when users view a contact record in the summary view, they can see related accounts, deals, cases, proposals, etc.

One View also allows users to click on a related record to expand it and view its key fields, title fields, and next actions. This can save valuable time for your sales, marketing, and support teams looking for insights and data related to a single record.

Users can also create additional related posts, open related posts in a new tab, and perform other related post sharing actions such as email, phone calls, and SMS messaging.
Finally, in One View, you can set the deal contact role on the contact record associated with the deal. Defining the deal contact role is an important step in helping you close more deals by identifying the decision makers. It also affects deal scoring when using the AI Calculation feature.

How to set up one view.
Setting up One View is a simple process that account administrators can perform. The One View setup page can be accessed in two ways:
From the summary view of the record.

From the module layouts and fields (on the settings page).

Once users have access to the One View setup page, they can drag any “Available Relationships” (modules) into the “Relationships Displayed in One View” section to add them to the One View for that module. Users can also reorder or remove relationships from One View with a few clicks.

Once the administrator sets up the configuration, it will appear for all users of the account. This allows for unique customization based on the company's business needs.
