To help with the task of setting goals, there is nothing better than the SMART method, an acronym for the words Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-based.

:

S: Specifc (be specific)
When setting your goals, you need to be specific. Your goals need to be clear in your philippine number for whatsapp mind. Don’t just say, “I want to have more clients.”

To set goals, you need to make sure that they are fully understandable by everyone. To do this, goals should be as specific as possible.

For example, if your goal is to increase sales, be practical in defining what you want. Instead of saying, “I want to increase my sales this year,” you can say, “I will increase my sales by 30% this year in 10 months.” The important thing is to be extremely direct.

Over time, we get used to creating goals that are too broad, but to get concrete results, it's important to be more specific.

M: Measurable (set measurable goals)
To achieve a goal, you will need to monitor it closely. So, you will need to constantly measure your results to see if you are on the right track.

Goals should have indicators that can define a limit. The measurable aspect is vital so that you can identify what percentage of that goal has already been achieved and what is still needed to complete it. A very practical example refers to sales.

By setting a sales target of 5,000 products in a given period, you can get a more accurate view of your sales team’s performance. If the number is below expectations and time is running out, it’s easier to see when you’ll need to make some interventions to meet your initial target.

A: Achievable (set achievable goals)
Profiting and achieving incredible results is the purpose of every entrepreneur, but you must keep in mind that your objectives and goals must be realistic and consistent with the situation of your team and your business.

A sales goal, for example, takes time and hard work, and can be overwhelming for your team.

So, before setting a goal, make sure that you and your team have the ability and the right tools to achieve what you set.
