The development and application of a full-fledged information model (IM) of a capital construction project (CCP) are labor-intensive processes that have to be dealt with immediately, at the first stages of the project. Sergey Koleda, Head of the Technical Department of KREDO-DIALOG, spoke in more detail about this and the composition of the IM at the PRO TIM INFRA conference, paying close telegram in philippines attention to the process of creating and filling models with data at all main stages.
The company itself, which also became a partner of the event, has been developing software products for automating engineering tasks at all stages of construction for over 35 years.
Research stage
Traditionally, the life cycle of an object is divided into four stages: engineering surveys, design, construction and operation. It is worth noting that the first and second are often combined with each other: modern technologies allow integrating survey data into an information engineering model of the area, which designers can use for their work without additional transformations.
components that are formed on the basis of various information:
Topographical surveys : tacheometric survey, satellite measurements, laser scanning, photogrammetry
Geological surveys : data on wells and geological sections
Environmental research : gradient fill, spatial diagrams
The components themselves are a digital model of the terrain, situation and geology, as well as engineering and environmental data, hydrometeorological and cadastral data. Let's take a closer look at each of them.
Digital Elevation Model
It is created based on survey points, laser scanning clouds or photogrammetry data. The object can be adjusted, used for volume calculations, and also dissected in various projections.
Digital model of the situation
Contains information about natural and artificial objects, including various communications, and is based on an electronic topographic plan, which the software automatically converts into a three-dimensional model.
Sergey Koleda noted that the development of surface and underground communications can be particularly difficult for specialists, but the mechanisms implemented in the KREDO-DIALOG products make it possible to model them with all the necessary attributes.
Geological model
The engineer enters data on geological workings and builds sections or profiles. Based on this data, the system automatically creates a spatial model, which can be supplemented with parameters on geophysical measurements and temperature measurements and used for design, volume calculations and solving geotechnical problems.
